About Monument ATM...

Monument ATM offers a variety of tailored ATM service programs to meet the specific needs and situation of each customer. Whether you require ATM services for a national retail chain store, university, municipality, convenience store, nightclub, hotel, restaurant, airport, office building, grocery store, casino, or shopping mall, we have you covered. Our three most popular programs include Purchase, Partnership, and Placement (Full Service). In the Purchase program, customers can purchase or lease machines through Monument ATM, retaining 100% of the ATM surcharge revenue after a small processing fee. Partnership involves Monument ATM providing machines and installation at client locations, with a revenue-sharing model based on transaction volume.
FREE Placement (Full Service), Monument ATM purchases and provides all services for machines at client locations, with shared ATM surcharge revenue based on transactions. Contact us for more details and to see if you qualify for these programs.

 Frequently Asked Questions

The distribution of the surcharge revenue from the ATM is determined by the owner of the machine.

Who receives the surcharge revenue from the ATM?

The distribution of the surcharge revenue from the ATM is determined by the owner of the machine, giving them the freedom to decide how the revenue is allocated. This flexibility allows owners to customize the revenue-sharing model to align with their specific business goals and strategies. It can also depend on the limits set by the law in your local area.

What are my potential expenses?

If you have a FREE placement you will have NO expenses. If you decide to purchase an ATM, your expenses will include the cost of the machine and any associated processing and warranty fees. Additionally, the ATM will require a standard phone line, an internet connection, or a wireless device for network communications, as well as a standard electrical outlet.

What happens when someone does not get enough money?

If a customer does not receive the full amount requested during an ATM transaction, they should contact their bank to confirm the transaction on their account. In cases where a withdrawal was debited but cash was not dispensed, the customer should file a "Regulation E Claim" with the card issuer. For continued issues, reach out to Monument ATM at 443-461-5385. Remember, never provide the customer with cash from your own funds as there is no guarantee of reimbursement.
